Features

Class attendance

To record attendance for the customers of the selected class/membership

  1. select the three dot option and click attendance
  2. select either yesterday/today and select the class starting time and ending time
  3. select the customers to record the attendance by green toggle option
  4. Click save to proceed An image

Timetracker

Timetracker tracks your customer's check-in and checkout timings by biometric sync and manual record check-in and checkout can be viewed here

For desktop

  1. Your entire customer's check-in and checkout time can be viewed on the time tracker
  2. To enter the attendance manual for an individual student select the check-in and checkout on the top,
  3. Search the customer by name / mobile number or email and the select check-in or checkout
  4. The current time will be saved as the check-in/check-out for the customer
  5. Search, Sort, download option also available on the menu bar

For mobile app

  1. Click on the more option in the bottom right corner click Timetracker
  2. Your customer's entire check-in and checkout time can be viewed
  3. To enter the attendance manual for an individual student select the check-in and checkout on the top,
  4. Search the customer by name / mobile number or email and the select check-in or checkout
  5. Search, Sort, download option also available on the menu bar
  6. Sort by date option also available on the menu bar

Attendance

This allows tracking the attendance of the students in a batch

For desktop

  1. Select the services for which the attendance should be entered select the attendance
  2. And select the students for whom the check-in and checkout time to be updated
  3. Select the date, and in time, out time and select save
  4. The attendance for the respective classes or membership can be viewed on the attendance component

Member access

This option allows you to view&remove the login access for the corresponding staffs with the assigned roles,

For desktop/mobile app

  1. Create a staff on the staffs options
  2. Fill the required details that need to be filled
  3. Email_id is mandatory for creating an individual member login
  4. After filling the details click on to save option

Biometric

This allows you to track your customer's timesheet through the Biometric device

For desktop/moible app

  1. Select the settings icon on the top-right corner
  2. Select the authentication services
  3. Under the paid services select the sync button to transfer the customer's details to the biometric device

Biometric device configuration

  1. Ensure that the device is connected to internet
  2. In the device to add fingerprint of the customer
  3. Press M/ok and again press M/ok(click on the user management icon)
  4. Select the manage nav through the arrow keys
  5. List of customer details is displayed
  6. Navigate to the selected customer and press M/ok and press edit
  7. Click enroll FP icon and place the customer's finger print in the finger print recorder to record the finger print
  8. After recording the finger print , press esc and click M/ok to save the fingerprint
  9. Press esc icon to navigate to the device home page.
  10. When the customer records his/her finger print the home screen of the device, his/her corresponding checkin and checkout time is saved in the timesheet.

For sending payment remainders and custom messages for a number of customers this feature is useful

Custom SMS & Email

To send a custom messages to multiple customers.

For desktop

  1. Select the customers option on the left navigation panel
  2. Click the messages icon on the menu bar
  3. In the SMS & Email message enter your custom text, select your customers and click send
  4. The message is received as SMS and Email to the respective customers

For mobile app

  1. Select the cutomer icon on the bottom of the app
  2. Click the messages icon on the menu bar
  3. In the SMS & Email message enter your custom text, select your customers and click send
  4. The message is received as SMS and Email to the respective customers

Payment remainder

To send a reminder to the customers with the balance due

For desktop

  1. Select the customers option on the left navigation panel
  2. Click on the Payment remainder option
  3. Select the customers for whom the payment remainder must to be sent
  4. Click on the remind button

For mobile app

  1. Select the customer icon on the bottom of the app
  2. Click on the Payment remainder option
  3. Select the customers for whom the payment remainder must to be sent
  4. Click on the remind button

Sales

This component allows generating the report to the customer for the services provided by the organization

  1. To generate a new sales report
  2. Select the sales from the left navigation bar
  3. Select add a new option on the bottom right corner
  4. Enter the mandatory details and select save
  5. Click on the sales id for detailed view of sales report and to download as a pdf
  6. Download the entire sales report in CSV format by clicking on the download icon on the top right corner
  7. Select the sort by, search, filter based on payment mode and date filters on the top navigation bar

For mobile

  1. Select the more icon on the bottom right corner
  2. Select the sales
  3. Select add a new option on the bottom right corner
  4. Enter the mandatory details and select save

This component allows tracking the expense report of the organization
