How to add a venue?

For desktop:

  1. Click on the venue's icon in the left navigation panel
  2. Click on the add button on the right bottom corner
  3. Fill the necessary details
  4. Click save button on completion

For mobile app:

  1. Click on the more icon in the bottom navigation panel
  2. Click on the venue's icon
  3. Fill the necessary details
  4. Click save button on completion

How to add a Customer?

A ‘Customer’ contains all the essential information about your customer, such as basic contact details, billing address, other information and so on. Most of the information is optional and you may choose to store the necessary information at your discretion and as per your needs. In Club gro, a Customer can be created without having to create a Enrollments first, Each Customer can have one or more Enrollments associated with it.

For desktop:

  1. Select the customer's icon on the left navigation panel
  2. To add a customer click on the add customer icon the top-right corner of the menu
  3. Fill the necessary details
  4. Click on the save button after completion

For mobile app:

  1. Select the customer's icon on the left navigation panel
  2. To add a customer click on the add customer icon the top-right corner of the menu
  3. Fill the necessary details
  4. Click on the save button after completion

How to create classes or memberships?

For Desktop/Mobile app:

  1. Click on the services icon on the left navigation panel
  2. Switch between classes and memberships as per your needs
  3. Click add button on the right bottom corner
  4. Fill the necessary details
  5. Click save button after completion

How to enroll a customer to the classes and memberships?

A 'Enrollments' is used for modeling the services subscribed by a customer. It contains all the recurring services and billing amounts. Each enrollment must be associated with a Class/Membership Plan to define the base cost and the billing frequency (e.g. monthly renewal, yearly renewal, One time etc). Subscription amount can be overridden at the Subscription enrollment. Based on the ‘no of bill cycles’ information given during enrollment subscription gets ended automatically. When an invoice is generated for a subscription, the required information on the charges is picked from the enrollments. learn more

For Desktop/Mobile app:

  1. Click on the services icon on the left navigation panel
  2. Switch between classes and memberships as per your needs
  3. Click options button on the required class or membership
  4. Select add enrollments button on the option menu
  5. Search the required customer who needs to be enrolled
  6. Fill the necessary details
  7. Click on the review button after completion
  8. Click confirm button after reviewing or else go back for doing changes

How invoice gets generated?

An ‘Invoice' is used as a record of the products/services purchased by a customer. All information regarding the customer's purchase including details of purchased items and their value & taxes are contained within an Invoice. How to record customer Payments?

All payment related events are tracked as ‘Payments' in Club gro. The payments section provides you with a summary of all the transaction events that have happened in your account. It gives you information such as the date, type, amount and status of the payment for an invoice. learn more

  1. click on invoice option select the customer invoice list

  2. Select the record payments option
  3. Fill the necessary details
  4. Click on the save button after completion

How to create the roles?

For Desktop:

  1. On the settings menu click the roles option An image
  2. Set your preferences.
  3. Click on save button after completing An image

How to assign a role to the staff?

For desktop:

  1. Select the staffs to option on the left navigation panel
  2. Select the staff and click on the three-dot option and press the add role button
